- Why we collect it: Strictly for authenticating your requests against the Odinbi AIX backend and managing your monthly AI token quota.

C. Technical Performance & Diagnostics
- Temporary operational metrics (e.g., token usage counter, API response status) to ensure system reliability and quota management. No personal identifiers are attached to diagnostic telemetry.

- Limited Use Compliance: Odinbi AIX adheres strictly to the Chrome Web Store Limited Use policy. Data is used exclusively to deliver the user-facing functionality of the extension.

- Ephemeral In-Memory Processing (Zero Permanent Text Storage): Highlighted text submitted for translation or summarization is processed strictly in-memory (RAM) and is purged immediately upon returning the result. - Local Browser Storage: Your API Key and user preferences (e.g., target language, preferred tone) are stored locally in your browser sandbox via

- Transient text content: 0 retention (deleted immediately after response).
- Account credentials & Quota records: Retained only for the active duration of your account.
- Saved Knowledge Base items: Retained until you manually delete them.

- Third-Party AI Processors: To generate AI responses, the backend API transmits transient text snippets to secure enterprise cloud AI model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) acting as data processors under strict terms that prohibit training on or retaining customer data.
- STRICT NON-SALE GUARANTEE: We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, trade, or transfer any user data or website content to third parties, data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing companies under any circumstances.
- No Unrelated Use: User data is never used or transferred for serving personalized advertising, analyzing creditworthiness, or for any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose.

- Permanent Server-Side Data Deletion: You have the right to request complete deletion of your account and associated records. All associated account data and saved items will be permanently purged from our servers within 7 business days.
